Caruso began his career at Baytown Industrial Xray in 1994 and worked at the Exxon Baytown refinery. Since then, he has served in a range of leadership roles across refining, petrochemical, pipeline, power generation, manufacturing, marine, and industrial construction markets.

Before joining NVI, Caruso spent 12 years with a major industrial machine shop and fabrication company before being recruited by Acuren. He later served as General Manager for Acuren’s Oil Sands operations in Alberta, Canada, General Manager for Acuren’s Gulf Coast Region, and General Manager for Rope Access Industrial Services for North America. He also served as Director of Operations for Metalogic Inspection in the U.S., with a focus on pipeline integrity and midstream operations.
