NVI Non-Destructive and Visual Testing is proud to announce the promotion of three team members into key operations leadership roles, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to growth, client service, and employee development.

• Aaron Jones has been promoted from Business Development Specialist to Operations Manager of the Sulphur Office. With his strong background in client relations and business growth, Aaron will now oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring continued excellence in service delivery.
• Cody Dodrill has been elevated from Technical Manager of Pipeline Integrity to Mobile Operations Manager. In his new role, Cody will lead NVI’s mobile operations, managing teams and projects across multiple regions with a focus on safety, efficiency, and technical precision.
• Dustin Wells, who has been a valued leader within the Marine Division, has been promoted to Gray and Marine Division Operations Manager. Dustin will oversee regional operations, working closely with sales and project teams to drive performance and strengthen client partnerships.
