NVI is pleased to announce that Stacy Cotie has joined the NVI team as our new Chief Commercial Officer. Stacy brings more than 23 years of experience across the industrial services, NDT, and TICC sectors, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding margins, and building high-performing commercial organizations. She has led large, complex account portfolios, developed disciplined sales processes, and consistently delivered results by aligning sales, operations, and finance around a unified strategy.

Most recently, Stacy served as Corporate Vice President of Sales at XCEL HoldCo, where she established the company’s commercial operating framework and led strategic planning efforts to evaluate and prioritize new markets and geographies for long-term growth and diversification. Prior to that, she held several leadership roles at Acuren, where she drove significant growth across key accounts through the implementation of a structured Key Account Management program, while also improving margin performance and strengthening customer relationships.

In her role as Chief Commercial Officer, Stacy will lead NVI’s commercial organization, including sales, marketing, key account management, and market development. She will play a critical role in strengthening our go-to-market approach, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring our growth is both disciplined and sustainable. Her ability to translate strategy into execution will be instrumental as NVI continues to advance its growth strategy.
