To ensure that our own work is always of the highest quality and integrity, we train our technicians to ASNT-TC 1A guidelines and in accordance with our ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System. This system has been certified by HSB Registration Services since 2006.

As part of Quality Management System, we work with Pipeline Safety Compliance, an independently managed organization, to conduct unannounced audits of our crews to ensure that their work meets the most exacting standards.

Certifications

NVI has certifications in scores of areas, giving us the ability to tackle a broad range of projects in the most cost-effective way, both in the United States and abroad.

To name just a few, we are certified by ASNT as well as by TÜV under the European Pressure Directive (PED). If U.S. clients want to send a pressure vessel or piece of equipment to the North Sea, we are one of the few companies in the country certified to inspect it.

We also have a series of marine certifications, including Lloyd’s Register, DNV, ABS, IBS, and RENA. These certifications set NVI apart from most of our competitors and give us the ability to conduct hull diminution surveys on marine-class vessels under a variety of flags.
