Safety is a core value of our company. If a job cannot be done safely, it will not be done by NVI. -Joshua H Luft, CAO

Our approach to safety is simple:  If a job cannot be done safely, it will not be done by NVI. We comply with all state and federal safety regulations and belong to ISNetworld, Veriforce, NCMS, DISA, PEC Premier, OQSG, and ewebOQ. Our people are our number one asset. We continuously strive to improve the well-being of our employees and the environment that surrounds them and actively reexamine and update our policies regularly.

We promise to:

  • Listen to our employees, contractors, and clients in order to have the best health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance in the industry.
  • Invite recommendations from our employees, contractors, and clients to better our performance.
  • Volunteer our safety record and procedures for review by any employee, contractor, or client.
  • Evolve with modern technology to eliminate any chance of damage to the environment or our employees’ health.

Our HSE policies form the bedrock of our corporate culture, and our commitment to HSE is shared by senior leadership as well as our most recent hire. In addition to new employee training and our annual safety meetings, NVI has two full-time safety auditors who travel the country monitoring our safety performance year-round. We set ambitious goals for our company in each of these areas and track our progress rigorously.
